When do most students enter Holy Child?
Most of our students enter in grades 5, 6, 7 or 9. Admission is offered in all other grades as space becomes available.
Where do Holy Child students come from?
Holy Child students come from 55 communities in Westchester, Bronx, Manhattan, Putnam and Queens Counties in New York, as well as Fairfield County in Connecticut.
What sort of transportation is available to Holy Child?

Must students at Holy Child be Catholic?
No. Although many students at Holy Child are Roman Catholic, we welcome and encourage students of all faiths.
Do Holy Child students take the Regents Exams?
No. Holy Child is exempt from giving them, as are most independent schools. The Board of Regents has examined our curriculum and determined that we either meet or exceed their requirements.
Are Advanced Placement Courses Offered?
Holy Child offers 10 Advanced Placement courses.
What is the faculty to student ratio and average class size?
Holy Child employs approximately 88 full and part-time faculty. The faculty to student ratio is 1:7 and the average class size in the Upper School is 14.
Will Holy Child Students be using laptops?
All students in grade 7 and up are required to purchase laptops and use them in class. Students in grades 5 and 6 use school owned computers when appropriate.
