Parents
Holy Child encourages parent participation in the life of the school and offers all parents the opportunity to become involved at many levels. While some parents choose to take on leadership roles, others support their daughters in activities by working behind the scenes. Current families are avid supporters of the Holy Child mission and many parents take part in the spiritual life of the school through their attendance at liturgies and prayer services, as well as through community service projects. The enthusiastic support of our current families helps enrich their connection to Holy Child and many stay involved long after their daughters graduate.
Parent Involvement & Volunteering Opportunities Include:
- Parents Association: The Parents Association (PA) is the formal parents organization at Holy Child. All parents are considered members of the PA and are invited to attend meetings and events. PA leadership positions help to coordinate volunteers, organize PA meetings, oversee parent committees, and coordinate with Parent Class Representatives.
- Athletic and Art events
- Prospective parent events, like Open House and Take-A-Look Mornings with the Admission Office
- Annual volunteer-run events, such as Homecoming, the Library Luncheon and Boutique, and the Annual Benefit
