Holy Child seeks an experienced and dedicated music and/or theatre arts educator with experience leading high school theatrical productions to serve as a Director of the Performing Arts for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a 10:00 am - 6:00 pm position that requires after-school commitments. The Director of the Arts oversees the Performing Arts programs for our full school, grades 5-12. Ideal candidates are passionate arts educators, with extensive experience directing plays and musical theatre productions; possess strong organizational, leadership and communication skills; have a minimum of 5 years experience as an arts educator/program director; and are highly motivated and passionate about making a difference in students’ lives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee all Performing Arts programming and curriculum development grades 5-12
Oversee and complete annual faculty evaluations for all Performing Arts staff
Oversee substantial Performing Arts budgets
Oversee scheduling, vendors, artists, rentals, budget, etc. for all Performing Arts events, including but not limited to, three Upper and Middle School Theatrical productions, Christmas and Spring Concerts, etc.

Holy Child seeks an experienced Middle and Upper School Music Teacher and Liturgical Music Coordinator. Ideal candidates are passionate arts educators with experience teaching music at the High School or Middle School level, who possess strong piano skills and knowledge of Catholic liturgies and liturgical music. This is predominantly a choral music position, but experience and comfort teaching instrumental music is preferred.

Teach 2-3 sections of General Music to grades 5 and 6
Teach 1 section of Middle School Choral Ensemble to grades 7 and 8

Holy Child seeks an experienced part-time middle school learning specialist for grades five through eight. The learning specialist will primarily support students with language-based learning differences across all disciplines in the middle school. Offering a combination of small group work, individual instruction, and in-class observation and support, the learning specialist will report to the Head of the Middle School. While collaborating with subject teachers, students, and their families, the learning specialist will advance the School's ongoing commitment to the success of every student.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide small group instruction for students during a regularly scheduled workshop class
Push-in to all academic subjects to support students
Read and interpret all evaluations to create Student Accommodation Plans for students
Collaborate with the Department Chairs and support teaching staff by offering resources, assistance, advice, and training to enable faculty to better meet the needs of all learners
Liaise with local school districts and attend CSE meetings
Assist with the organization and administration of standardized testing accommodations
Attend academic conferences to discuss student progress with parents
Assist with the development and maintenance of communication and documentation protocols related to learning support
Participate in student support meetings
Assist with the coordination of testing of students by outside specialists
Counsel current and future families on learning support and assessment accommodations
Maintain contact with parents as necessary to discuss the progress of their children
Engage in professional development opportunities and the professional growth process of the school
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in special education; undergraduate degree in English or history preferred
