Graduation
On June 3, the Holy Child community gathered on campus to celebrate the Class of 2023 at our 113th Commencement Exercises. The ceremony was presided over by Head of School, Colleen Pettus, and Board Chair, Dr. Ellen Fahey-Smith. The Commencement speaker was Michelle Girard, P '20, '22, a renowned economist and strategist known for her expertise in global financial markets. She is currently a Managing Director, serves as Head of US for NatWest Markets, and is the CEO of NatWest Markets Securities Inc. In addition to her work in the financial industry, Michelle Girard is a frequent commentator on financial news outlets such as CNBC and Bloomberg and is a founding member of the NWM US Women's Network. Michelle and her husband, Tom, are the proud parents of Holy Child alumnae Jordan, '20, and Taylor, '22.
The Class of 2023 achieved much during their years spent in the Upper School at Holy Child. They have traveled extensively through our Global Studies Program, serving locally, domestically, and around the world. Their talents and contributions inside and outside of the classroom have left a tremendous impression on our school.

3 students will continue their athletic careers at Division III Institutions in soccer and swimming.
3 students were recognized as Commended students by the National Merit Scholarship Program.
The Class of 2023 proudly received 302 acceptances and will be attending 42 different colleges.
Attending some of the most selective colleges and universities in the nation: University of Notre Dame, Georgetown University, Villanova University, Boston College, NYU, Tufts University, and so many more!
