Wellness That Helps Her Thrive
Wellness and Support
At Holy Child, student wellbeing is an essential part of a meaningful education. We create an environment where girls are encouraged to challenge themselves, take thoughtful risks, learn from setbacks, and grow with confidence.
Because students thrive when they feel known and connected, each girl is supported by a network of faculty and adults who know her well. Advisors, teachers, deans, counselors, and administrators work together to guide students through academic, social, and personal growth.

Our approach to wellness reflects the whole student, encompassing spiritual, physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and environmental well-being.
Through advisory, health education, peer mentorship, counseling, retreats, athletics, and community-building experiences, students develop the self-awareness and healthy habits that support them throughout their Holy Child journey and beyond.
A Community That Knows Her
We want every student to have trusted adults she can turn to. Advisors serve as an important point of connection, while teachers, coaches, counselors, deans, and administrators collaborate to understand each student's individual needs and help her navigate challenges and opportunities with confidence.
Our Peer Mentor program also creates meaningful connections across grades. Older students welcome and support younger students as they navigate new experiences, build friendships, and find their place within the Holy Child community.

Wellness Through Every StageA developmentally appropriate health and wellness curriculum spans grades 5-12, giving students the knowledge and tools to make thoughtful choices and develop healthy relationships with themselves and others. |
Students also have regular opportunities for reflection, conversation, connection, and movement throughout the school day and school year. From advisory and retreats to athletics and a big/little sister program, wellness is woven into the everyday experience of being a Holy Child student.
Supporting Her Growth
The goal is not simply for students to feel well today, but to develop the confidence, resilience, self-awareness, and sense of purpose they will carry with them into college and beyond.
